Conversations That Shift Culture and Spark Change

Every two weeks, the Elara Institute hosts powerful virtual conversations with the architects of culture, innovation, and policy. Our Fireside Chats bring together HBCU students and alumni with industry leaders, creatives, executives, athletes, and activists — all sharing their unfiltered stories, strategies, and lessons in leadership.

This is where inspiration meets real-world game plans.

Recent & Upcoming Guests Include:

  • Grammy-winning artists and producers

  • Tech entrepreneurs from Google, Microsoft, and venture-backed startups

  • Political advisors, campaign strategists, and elected officials

  • C-suite executives and cultural influencers

  • Social justice organizers and movement leaders

Why It Matters:

  • Interactive Q&A gives students direct access to ask questions and engage live

  • Recorded content is shared via YouTube, podcast, and social media

  • Moderators include Elara alumni, fellows, and guest journalists

💬 “One Fireside Chat changed the way I think about purpose, money, and power. I still quote it in meetings.”
Dre L., Elara Student Fellow
