The Elara Ascend Fellowship is a premier leadership program designed to equip HBCU students and graduates with the tools, mentorship, and experiences needed to thrive at the highest levels of business, policy, technology, and culture. Rooted in equity and excellence, this fellowship invests in students who are committed to advancing their communities while excelling in their careers.
