The Elara Future Boardroom Initiative

Cultivating the Next Generation of Power Brokers

The Elara Future Boardroom Initiative exists to change the face of leadership — literally. Our mission is to prepare high-performing HBCU students and alumni to enter boardrooms, C-suites, and decision-making spaces across every industry.

Representation at the table isn’t enough. We’re building the architects of the table.

This program identifies and invests in emerging Black and brown talent, offering immersive experiences in strategy, governance, capital, and influence.

Participants Gain:

  • Board-readiness training rooted in ethics, governance, and strategic finance

  • Roundtable simulations with CEOs, founders, and senior executives

  • Mentorship from sitting board members across nonprofit, corporate, and venture sectors

  • Introductions to board fellowship programs and appointment pipelines

💬 “It’s not just about having a seat — it’s about knowing what to say when you get there.”
